Time management

As they say nothing in life is constant expect for change. Although this may not be directly relevant to the topic but if we contemplate on the matter through a simple example things may be clarified; firstly, we have a man who’s life gets turned upside down due to unexpected change of matters seeing as he has not premeditated well his life.
On the other hand, through a key factor entitled “time management” a person can plan clearly and properly his affairs hence preparing for all that may be unexpected thus having an easy and well organized life.
So our life is like a short morning dream. Therefore, we should take good care and make the best use of it. In other words, we must understand the value of time. Time management is basically planning one’s time in a constructive way.
For example, if we have a huge number of activities for a specific period of time. So we should be able to plan these activities in such a way that we will be able to do all the work. In fact, if man takes care of his minutes then the hours and days will take care of themselves. It’s said that “time is more precious than money” because money can be gained again but time once lost, can never come back.
Successful persons use time in the best possible way to achieve their goals. Most of us waste our time in unnecessary things like gossiping, watching TV, etc... It must always be kept in mind that, time waits for none. Time can be spent wisely or foolishly. The choice is ours and so are its consequences.
In conclusion, it’s foolishness to think that we can make up for the lost time. There is a popular saying that “The past is dead and the future is unborn.” There are no tomorrows and yesterdays. It is today which is important. Time is very powerful.

Qualities of a good friend

I believe that a friend is like a twin brother or sister. This is the reason we rely on friends so much and don't stop to think about life without them. What is it that makes a good friend? Different people have different opinions about what qualities a good friend should have. Maybe someone would say a good friend should be caring, trustworthy, supportive, patient, and so on. But as for me, I think there are three most important qualities of a good friend should have which are loyalty, and honesty, and being helpful or a good listener. If someone has these three qualities I will consider him or her to be my good friend

One of the basic needs of people is to know that they are not alone. A loyal friend is always there when you need him. A friend supports you in times of trouble; they can help you through it and put you back on your feet in some way or put you in a positive mood somehow to get you moving on from the situation. however, just spending time with someone is not all there is to friendship. Good relationships are based on good communication.

A good friend is not only someone you cab talk to about your interests, but is also someone who is willing to listen to your opinions and keep all your secrets. You can't expect your friend to accept everything you say, but he should respect your right to have your own ideas.

But from my opinion the most important quality above all qualities is honesty. Any friendship must base on honesty and trust; a friend should always tell you the truth no matter what. So he or she is like a safe you can tell your friend something but he or she won't say a thing or even hint to know something. Therefore honesty is the foundation of a good friendship because if you have honesty it will bring many other great qualities along with it; and without it the friendship would fall apart.
In conclusion, if you have found someone who is loyal, understanding, able to share life's ups and downs with you, and believe in you, you have truly found a soul mate and a good friend, as quoted Bernard Meltzer "A true friend is someone who thinks that you are a good egg even though he knows that you are slightly cracked”

Constitution

  • What is the constitution?  What role does it play?
  • When was the first constitution written?  What is it called?  What did it do?
  • Do you think it is better for Egyptian government to write the constitution first or to have the presidential elections first?  Why or why not?
Emblem of India.svg

1-A constitution is a framework of laws and principles that establish the function, nature, offices, powers, and limits of a government. In addition, they do so with a constitution, which expressly delegates to the government specific and well-defined powers and which also expressly restricts the powers of the government. The goal is, of course, to ensure the widest ambit of liberty for peaceful, law-abiding people.
Therefore, a constitution has a dual purpose: to call into existence a government but, at the same time, to limit the powers of that government. After all, theoretically it would be possible to call into existence a government with the power to “do the right thing.” But “the right thing” in the minds of some people is: Force them to go to church, make them read only “proper” literature, require a license to engage in economic enterprise, and coerce people to share their wealth with others.

2-The Constitution of India is the longest written constitution of any sovereign country in the world. The Constitution declares India to be a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic, assuring its citizens of justice, equality, and liberty, and endeavours to promote fraternity among them. The words "socialist" and "secular" were added to the definition in 1976 by constitutional amendmentIndia celebrates the adoption of the constitution on 26 January each year as Republic Day.

3- We must get back tp the true path of democratic transition and reform the constitution in Egypt before, not after, we have the presidential elections. Because we must choose the president according to the constitution not the reciprocal. In addition, what reamins to be argued is how this new constitution would be formed. By an elected or appointed constituent assembly? By a panel of jurists and selected (presumbly by the supreme council) politicans? By reprensentatives of all political parties (legal or not) and youth groups? These are questions that need answering.

Globalization

Every day we hear it on the news, read it in the papers, overhear people talking about it… and in every single instance the word globalization seems to have a different meaning. So, what is globalization?

At political and economic level, globalization is the process of denationalization of markets, politics and legal systems, it is the rise of global economy. Many international organizations, governmental institutions and the whole academic world discuss the consequences of this political and economic restructuring on local economies, human welfare and environment.

At a business level, the process of globalization is when companies decide to take part in the emerging global economy and establish themselves in foreign markets. They adapt their products or services to the linguistic and cultural requirements of different nations. Then, they might take advantage of the Internet revolution and establish a virtual presence on the international marketplace. More and more companies do their business online.

Some scientists agree that globalization has also cultural and ecological connotations, and that it is not only political or economic phenomenon. It means that countries all over the world become interdependent in many possible ways. There is probably no area of human activities left that is not affected by globalization. We listen to the same music, eat the same food, wear the same clothes, and decide ecological and war and peace issues together.

So each one of us is now more fully involved in a global economic system than were our parents or grandparents. There are probably no industries left that have much “natural protection” from international competition. Globalization in its core sense is the expansion of cross-border economic ties. Geographical distance does not matter any more.

New Year Resolution

New Year’s resolution….. New Year resolutions have become a tradition to almost everyone in the whole world. But why do people make New Year resolution, knowing they will only stick them for a month or so? The only people they are fooling are themselves. Instead of making a vow to stop smoking, lose 10 kilos or any other things people say they plan to do next year; they should just start doing those things right now. Everyone is just using New Year resolution as a way to postpone; also knowing the oath they made will probably be short lived. If we want to change something in our lives, it is up to us, and there is no time to waste. Make the commitment to do it NOW NOT LATER, that later may not ever come about. Life is too short to put off the essential things that we know we need to start accomplishing today, because life happens, and we all know what that means. For those that do not know what the previous comment means, it means that not everyone may have a tomorrow to count on.  We all know what is most important to us and what we want to achieve in the course of our lives. With that being said, there is no time like the present to start taking toward achieving our goals and dreams; whether that means improving our health, spending quality time with friends and loved ones, or getting a better education. If we are not careful about the time that we carelessly waste, we just might run out of New Year resolution to pledge. All of the things that we wanted to accomplish in life will be left unfinished.

Vacation

Christmas is a good holiday for many reasons. There are reasons that exist that make Christmas a bad holiday, but for the most part it is a wonderful time of year. Millions of people around the world will agree that Christmas is one of the most fun and exciting holidays. It's is a good because students get a vacation from school, people get to exchange gifts with friends and family, and people get to spend time with their families. Those three reasons, among others, help to make Christmas one of the best holidays.

First of all, Christmas is a good holiday because students get a vacation from school and have less homework. That really helps to make the holidays more enjoyable. With no school, students have no reason to get up early so they can stay out late and sleep late in the morning. When Christmas comes around, it means that the school year is half over. If a student has done well the first semester, he or she is sure to survive the second semester.

So for my vacation wasn't really exciting nor fun. My family and I didn't travel anywhere, we stayed in Cairo. I only did exactly 3 things. The first one is hanging out with my friends, the second one is doing my homework and the last one is staying at home. But in the other hand, I can say it was good because I spent these 2 weeks relaxing. The first 4 days, I was isolated from the world. And the rest of the vacation i went out.

In conclusion, it depends on you how you can enjoy your holiday even without doing nothing.
